I'm doing Volare! right now and he won't sell heal me. I'm going to guess that after you've treated his patients or compleated Volare! he will sell to/heal you. fallout 3[]

i dont know if its worth noting or not but wasn't Argyll also the name of a ghoul from fallout 3? There was a radio story about him on three dog's station. i know the two aren't related but i figured it might be worth mentioning.
