Possible bug[]

Whenever I try to talk to Nisha I get the "this individual is busy" message and can't progress the quest. The first time she was standing with a group of people, now a day later she is on her own. Returning to the Commonwealth and back doesn't have an effect either.Bwilderbeast (talk) 07:50, September 14, 2016 (UTC)

Possible Bug[]

None of the speech checks I pass have resulted in the Problem Solver being offered to me. I have tried several times with different dialogue choices, which check is supposed to result in the offer of the gun, the red threatening one?
