You can't attach legendary prefixes it seems. Unless I'm doing it wrong. AMOD seems to ignore this weapon.

Kills like plasma weapons?[]

Do kills with this weapon turn enemies into piles of goo like with plasma weapons? Could I use it to farm nuclear material? --Zach9054 (talk) 01:39, April 17, 2016 (UTC)

The standard round rarity[]

It should be noted that the amount of standard rounds used by the pistol prior to the player modifying it to use Fusion cells is in a limited supply equal to the amount looted from the Alien's corpse.

Possible Second Blaster Pistol[]

You should add the dumpster to the right of the Memory Den (if seen from the front) in Goodneighbor as another location to get the weapon since I just found one there. I am... but I'm not using a mod that does such a thing, not that I mind if that's the case (or at least it doesn't say as such). Has that happened with other mod users? Also, I've never looked through that specific dumpster before so I couldn't tell you if it was there before I used mods.

I've just looked at the Creation Kit data and other than the alien themselves, the AB pistol isn't used anywhere else apart from the test cell QASmoke. I think it would be safe to say that it relates to a mod, maybe an easter egg or something a developer forgot to take out before releasing than an actual Fallout 4 findable.
