The stuffed polar bear is a junk item in Fallout 76. It is a variant of the basic teddy bear.

- Two on top of the dragline at Rollins labor camp, threatening a Jangles the Moon Monkey.
- One can be found next to a cash register on the top floor of White Powder Winter Sports.
- One at Pleasant Valley Ski Resort, in vendor bot Resin's store.
- One can be found in one of the higher towers on the water outside the Palace of the Winding Path, together with a stuffed grizzly and an imported Chinese panda.
- One can be found atop the Red Rocket Mega Stop on top of the smaller station.
- One in a locker at the school in Grafton.
- One can be found in Helvetia, inside the motel, on the second floor, inside the northwest bedroom on a dresser.
