Steven was someone related to a gambler in Atlantic City.
Background[]
Judging by the mention of a college fund, Steven likely lived before the Great War. The spouse of Connie went to a casino in Atlantic City and was on a winning streak, but started losing, eventually betting Steven's college fund and soon their house, losing it all. Connie's spouse was too afraid to face Connie after losing everything, and a note addressed to Connie can be found next to a skeleton in a pub in Atlantic City's flooded city center.[1]
