Spheksophobia was a horror film focusing on some sort of wasp and/or bee attack. It was directed by Hilda Broome, based on a screenplay by Arthur Atlas and S.C. Bear. It starred Bonnie McTerre and Amelia Parth.[1]

- A poster for Spheksophobia is a scoreboard reward at rank 24 of Shoot for the Stars, the thirteenth in-game season. The same poster also appears in Aries' boxcar home at Big Bend Tunnel East.
- Spheksophobia was first mentioned in a terminal entry at Bleeding Kate's Grindhouse. However, the poster for the film was not added to the game until the Once in a Blue Moon update.
- The poster for Sphekosophobia includes a disclaimer that "this production does not imply that the beehive hairstyle is inherently risky to one's health. Any resemblance to actual events, locales, insects, or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental."
