Shiny was a Secret Service agent in Appalachia, who died sometime around 2103.
Background[]
Shiny was one of the Secret Service agents inside Vault 79, guarding the nation's secret stockpile of gold bullion. One of the survivors of Shorty's mutiny, Shiny was in the vault reactor area when it malfunctioned and watched as Bubba, Mac and several others very quickly turned into feral ghouls. Shiny, Grills, and other agents were killed before they even realized what happened.[1]
