Scout Leader Jaggy is a Mister Handy operating at the Pioneer Scout camp in Appalachia.
Background[]
Jaggy is the main Pioneer Scout leader at Camp Lewis. He is located near the building with the knowledge exam terminals and is authorized to recruit new members by setting them on the path to becoming Tadpole Scouts.
Jaggy is found at the Pioneer Scout camp in the Toxic Valley. He usually draws in people by having a bugle sounding on the P.A. system to introduce them to the Pioneer Scouts.
