Background[]
Sato was the chief engineer on the Chinese submarine Yangtze in 2077. When the sub became grounded in the Boston Harbor, he recorded a holotape detailing the reactor's cooling system problems and dangerous undertaking by going on land to look for necessary repair parts and resources.[1]
