The sabotaged turbopump bearings are a miscellaneous item in Fallout 4.
This item will be created from the FLL3 turbopump bearings once they're sabotaged by Davies in favor of Mandy Stiles and the scavengers, to be installed in the USS Constitution.

The bearings are necessary to restore the turbopump that provides fuel to the USS Constitution rocket engines, now sabotaged by the scavengers to allow them to take over and salvage the boat.
