Rob, known in-game as a board member, was a member of a U.S.S.A. directorate board who oversaw the Deep Sleep project before the Great War.
Background[]
Along with Emerson Hale and the other board members, Rob was involved in the secret Phase III of the project, betraying the ship's engineers to use them as test subjects for Project-Z. His team was involved in the programming of the ship's Assaultron PANDORA to enforce the board's directives, though Rob forgot the activation code phrase despite his position as the one who oversaw its implementation.[1]
