Msg. Raymond Esteban was an MP assigned to the U.S. Robotics Technology Facility RB-2851 facility prior to the Great War.
Background[]
Raymond informed his co-worker, Msg. G.C. Broadrick, that he overheard a discussion between two scientists that the prisoners were opened up to experiment with their brains.[1]
When Broadrick had misgivings about the experiments conducted on human subjects at the robotics facility, their commanding officer, General Rawlings, had him replaced by the less principled Esteban.[2]
