E. Rachael Shields was a journalist who resided in Vault 51.

Rachael wrote a terminal entry on June 3, 2078, recording her thoughts on ZAX and the worrying events that had occurred in the vault over the past three months, including Terrence Rojas finding an unsecured handgun.[1] Like every other dweller, she was killed in the fighting that eventually led to Reuben Gill being named overseer in 2078.
