The title character of the show RALPHIE the Robot's Incredible Odyssey!, in the show RALPHIE escaped from the military for unknown reasons, and is found by a child. Pursued by General Winters, the series follows the pairs exploits as RALPHIE evades the general. The show aired on Vault-Tec Channel 9 every Saturday, and tapes of the show are known to have existed at Adams Air Force Base and in the Midwest, where they were watched by experimental eyebot ED-E and a child called Tommy respectively.

Due to the similarities in adventures and appearances, ED-E looked up to RALPHIE as a sort of role model after viewing tapes of the show while at Adams Air Force Base. The Divide copy of ED-E even plays snippets of the show's theme when entering combat.
