R. Jameson was the owner of R. Jameson & Sons Carpentry, a carpentry company that operated in Boston before the Great War.
Background[]
A widower with two unmarried sons, Jameson was hired by Marco on behalf of Louie Trevisani in June 2077 to create several secret passageways and doors within his home, the Shroud Manor. He and his sons agreed to keep the work discreet, and not keep any official records on the job they were performing.[1] On June 13, 2077, Jameson and his sons were killed by Marco in order to keep the criminal activity in the manor under wraps and to prevent them from reporting Trevisani and his gang to the police.[2]
The Jameson family's disappearance prompted a widespread investigation from the Boston Police Department, spearheaded by Police Precinct 8.[3] They sent Candy, a rookie cop, undercover to investigate, and even searched the manor for evidence that the carpenters had been there, after being tipped off in September 2077.[4] On October 20, the police discovered the Jamesons' bodies in a van in the Charles River, but the Great War occurred before the investigation could be concluded.[5]
