Power armor (Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel)

	The following is based on information from Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.

Power armor in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel does not resemble that of traditional models shown throughout the franchise—such as those manufactured and or used the used by the Brotherhood of Steel, Enclave, or United States military. However, the model does share some lose visual similarities with ultracite power armor. The power armor presented in-game is a result of an attempt by Vault-Tec to produce combat-capable armor comparable to that of military and civilian-grade models. The armor would be developed in their own Corporate Vault.

Background[]

One of the primary objectives of Vault-Tec's private Corporate Vault was to serve as a major research and production facility. Among the many projects conducted in the vault, power armor research was one of them. The power armor displayed in-game would be one of the culminations of this research. Little else is known about this specific model of power armor, as it is exclusive to Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
