Captain Pierce is one of the NCR men aboard B.O.M.B.-001 in 2253.[1]
Background[]
The Prisoner may come into contact with Pierce in the Grand Canyon.[2] Pierce is working for Presper and the player character must choose to convince or fight him and his henchmen.[2][3]
