“Prisoner, the great outlaw/hero of the wasteland. It's about time we met.”

Captain Pierce is one of the NCR men aboard B.O.M.B.-001 in 2253.^[1]

Background[]

The Prisoner may come into contact with Pierce in the Grand Canyon.^[2] Pierce is working for Presper and the player character must choose to convince or fight him and his henchmen.^[2]^[3]
