Petey was Cassie Dalton's cousin, known for his freckled face.
Background[]
Petey was described as a "good lad" that never caused trouble. He thought that all his freckles brought him luck, but when he was out foraging at the National Park campground, some feral ghouls attacked him. He made it back to town but died from his injuries that night, robbing Cassie of yet another family member. She blamed "the island" and its curse for her loss.[1]
