Nina Benchley was a resident of Huntersville, and was a forced test subject for West Tek and the U.S. Army.

Nina Benchley lived in Huntersville before the Great War with her mother and father. Shortly before the great war, West Tek and the U.S. Army quarantined the area to test West Tek's latest strain of Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV) on the town's population. Nina and her family were trapped in the town, with her mother being shot by the army and her father being removed by West Tek as a promising test subject.[1] She later wrote a warning message[2] and left it in her house as West Tek came to collect her as another promising test subject.
