Mike Ramirez was an usher that resided in Vault 94.
Background[]
In October 2078, Mike was assigned to the old security office where he set up a reception desk for any survivors that made their way to the vault. Within a few weeks, the first group of wastelanders arrived at the vault, appearing disheveled and war-torn before being ushered in by Mike.[1]
