Matt was a survivor of the Great War who worked with Chris Fatur.
Background[]
Matt and Chris established a safehouse in Berkeley Springs while working together to survive. Chris was going to deliver Matt a duffle bag of supplies before he was chased and forced to abandon it. The stash was left under the porch of the southwest corner of the white hotel in town. Fearing that things were getting too dangerous in Berkeley Springs, Chris told Matt that he would head back into the mountains alone.[1]
