Martin was a supervisor at Carleton Mine and an employee of Garrahan Mining Company before the Great War.
Background[]
Martin left a staff notice saying that if an emergency occurred while he was away, that the other employees should talk to Jonah Rivieria because he knew how to contact Gauley Mine's technician. He was also growing impatient with the repairs needed for the fuel pump at Carleton Mine, thinking that if Dwayne's contact could not find time for repairs before November 2077, that they should hire a local contractor in Grafton or Morgantown.[1]
