Lucas is a martial arts master who is always training and looking to aid others who wish to learn his skill. He is extremely capable, perhaps moreso than anyone else in Arroyo.

- If the Chosen One (Intelligence 4 or more) speaks to him, he can train them in Unarmed combat if their Agility is at least 6. This will raise the Unarmed skill to 40% if it was below that, otherwise to 55%. If the skill is already at least 55%, there is no bonus. He also carries a bag of healing powder, which can be bartered for before training.

Behind the scenes[]
Lucas is named after Łukasz Kawarski, the second-place winner of a Fallout trivia contest. Prior to patch 1.02d, he was named "Standing Fist." Lucas shares this distinction with Cameron.[1]
