Lou was a person who visited the Nuka-World on Tour traveling carnival.
Background[]
Lou visited Nuka-World on Tour before they arrived in Appalachia. During the visit, Lou suffered a concussion, for which they were treated by Del Walsh. Del administered a healing salve and Mentats and discharged Lou before the carnival left the area, with Lou reported as being "almost fully recovered."[1]
