Mr. Livingston was a patient at AVR Medical Center who died at some point before the Great War.
Background[]
At some point, Mr. Livingston died at the medical facility. However, his children had questions about what happened to him during his stay at AVR, questions that lingered six months after his death. The facility's recordkeeper, Chen, hoped to give the Livingston family some closure as to what happened to their father by giving them paper records. This came as the facility was in the middle of a campaign to digitize its records and remove paper ones. Chen was informed by the doctors at AVR that he could not tell the children what happened to Mr. Livingston due to "doctor-patient confidentiality," but Chen protested the changes by resolving to help the Livingston family.[1]
