Letter to Gloria is a paper note in Fallout: New Vegas.

The paper note is found in the Hard-locked safe in the backroom of the Silver Rush, which is accessed by either picking the Average-locked door or using the Van Graff key found on Gloria Van Graff, Jean-Baptiste Cutting and/or every Van Graff thug in and outside the building including Simon. The safe can either be picked or a nearby Hard-locked terminal can be hacked to open it remotely.

It has come to my attention that Cassidy Caravans have suffered a number of setbacks recently. I can only hope that these latest unfortunate events drive that young booze-hound of an owner to finally sell me her remaining assets.
