Lee was a wastelander in the Commonwealth.
Background[]
Lee, along with Brenda, attempted to salvage the debris of Cutler Bend. Brenda, unable to unlock the military transport truck buried under the makeshift bridge, attracted mirelurks with her repeated attempts. Between this threat and the stingwings at the cabin, she chose to abandon the salvage, leaving behind a note to Lee.[1][2]
