Kylee Yeates was an undergraduate student at Vault-Tec University before the Great War.
Background[]
Kylee was a student in Erik DeMarcos' VP205 class in 2074. She developed an emergency protocol for catastrophic flooding in a Vault, which would identify the safest route to allow for draining and repairs to be done, in addition to including secondary objectives such as resident evacuation. Professor DeMarcos gave her project a B+, commenting that it was a competent program but suffered from overcautious pathing. Kylee's program was later included in the database for the Vault-Tec Emergency Management System, and it was used as an example protocol in Vault 94.[1]
