Kenny was a resident of Vault 51.
Background[]
With 11-2 odds, Kenny won 65 payouts at the betting machines in the vault's game room, the most of the seven recorded residents on a blackboard there.[1] Like every other dweller, he was killed in the fighting that eventually led to Reuben Gill being named overseer in 2078.[2]

There were three Vault 51 residents that had K as a first initial - K. Briggs, K. Ngata and K. Tyler. It is unclear which one was Kenny.
