Kelley was the daughter of Parker.

Kelley and Parker walked around Appalachia looking for shelter after an unspecified event, likely the Great War, finding it in the form of the lost home. Kelley was suffering from radiation sickness when they found the shantytown, but when Parker went out to find supplies for her, he came back to find that Kelley had been mauled to death by wild dogs.[1]
