Background[]
Josie got into a fight with a member of the Pack at some point, and allegedly resolved the dispute by attacking him and leaving him for dead. However, the Pack member managed to survive the encounter and made it halfway to Nuka-Town USA before being intercepted by Savoy. This sloppy handiwork, as the Pack member was both not hidden and managed to survive, angered Nisha, though there was no definitive proof that Josie carried out the attack.[1]
