Jethro "Happy" Klamp was a prisoner at Eastern Regional Penitentiary, sentenced to fourteen years imprisonment for conspiracy to commit graffiti.[1] All prisoners in his cell block were involved with organized crime, union organization or communism in some fashion.[2]
