Doctor Jensen was the medical doctor onsite at the National Isolated Radio Array before the Great War.

Jensen believed that the site's electromagnetic field was causing the intermittent headaches being experienced by the facility's employees. However, her request that the array's output be reduced until shielding could be installed in the facility was rejected by the site director.[1]
