Jeffery "Jeff" Vaccarro was a tech support worker at Hornwright Industrial before the Great War.
Background[]
On October 6, 2077, Vaccarro was asked by Edith Bachmann to unlock Dominick Heyward's terminal, but was unable to.[1]
Later on October 12, he was assigned by Jacob Hanover to update the company's senior executive exam. He was not happy with the new exam contents, made by Daniel Hornwright, but updated it nonetheless to avoid getting into trouble with his boss.[2]
