Dominick Heyward was a researcher working on the Clear Skies Alliance air purifier system. He lived in a trailer near the Nuka-Cola plant.[1]

Dominick discovered that Hornwright Industrial did not intend to follow through with Clear Skies Alliance's proposed partnership to clean polluted Appalachian air and that the company would instead be using the technology to supplement Hornwright mining operations.
Rather than scrubbing the air, these modified air purifiers would be used to collect aerosolized particles and convert them into usable minerals. Dominick used his terminal to lock access to the machines, delaying the implementation of the Air purifiers housed at Hornwright air purifier sites surrounding Mount Blair.[2]
