J. Dullard was a merchant who traveled in a caravan near Appalachia.

Background[]

Dullard, a seller of terminal parts, went on a caravan trip of 15 people, including Cassie Halloway. It was coordinated by the Blue Ridge Caravan Company and guarded by Gaetano. Although their departure was confirmed by Ken Ternor, their arrival was never recorded. It was the third caravan in which Edgar Blackburn joined the group. As Cassie Halloway was taken as a test subject by Blackburn and the Hellcat Company, and the group never arrived at their destination, this indicates a poor end for the rest of the group, as well.[1]

Appearances[]

J. Dullard is mentioned only in Fallout 76, introduced in Steel Reign update.

Behind the scenes[]

Dullard's name is a reference to gameplay programmer Julia Bullard, with one letter changed.
