The honey mesquite tree is a world object in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
Alongside the Joshua tree and banana yucca plant, the honey mesquite tree dots the landscape of Nevada and California. It also grows in Zion Canyon.
The tree produces pods that can be harvested. When the pods are picked, the tree appears differently, with branches and leaves missing. The pods will regrow over time, upon which the tree can be harvested again. Some trees in the Mojave are withered, and do not grow pods.
