Handcuffs are a junk item in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
Two variable sized locking steel rings connected by a central chain. They were commonly used by pre-War police departments to aid in the apprehension and arrest of criminals. They cannot be equipped, and have no uses apart from being scrapped or sold.

- Nine inside the police station.
- One in a house west of the station.
- Six can be found inside Fort Defiance.
- Three can be found inside the police station in Monongah.
- Three can be found at the Twin Pine Cabins.
- Two can be found at the Black Bear Lodge.
- Two can be found at the Rollins labor camp.
- Two can be found at Sunnytop Ski Lanes.
- Two can be found at the Sunnytop Ski Lanes base lodge.
