Ground Zero is an achievement/trophy in Fallout 76.

Be at ground zero of a nuclear blast.
This achievement is a little tricky to unlock as a player must have their Vault Dweller standing at the dead center of a Blast zone, which is marked on their compass by a radiation symbol, when the nuke makes its final descent at the end of the Death from Above! countdown. Standing anywhere else in the blast zone won't count. It has to be right where the missile will impact and detonate its warhead to count. To know if you're close, listen for the warning siren that sounded when the alert for the missile launch went off as it is heard closer to the center of the blast zone.
