Background[]
Mr. Graff was in talks with Dr. Egan at the Commonwealth Institute of Technology, who had a successful laboratory focused on the research of test reactors. Egan was not interested in working with ArcJet due to the current political climate, much to Mr. Graff's disappointment. Graff said that he would inform the board, but reminded Dr. Egan that the offer would be a standing one should they reconsider.[1]
