Detailed walkthrough[]
By speaking to Razor you can find out that the Blades need more guns to fight the Regulators. To acquire them, the Vault Dweller needs to exterminate the deathclaws for the Gun Runners. Upon completion of the quest, the Vault Dweller should ask Gabriel to give the Blades (called "friends") weapons and ammunition as a reward.
Returning to Razor, you can get their assistance to Free Adytum from the Regulators. Or choose to let them handle the Regulators by themselves, in which case you get rewarded 2000 XP when you next visit Adytum.

Notes[]
- Killing Razor denies the Vault Dweller access to this quest.
- Helping the Blades to Free Adytum from the Regulators will also reward 2000 XP, on top of the usual combat XP & loot.
