Background[]
Officer Whitehead was connected to Duchess, a drug kingpin operating in Welch. He attempted to convince her to skip town, commenting that BADTFL had launched an investigation into her that would result in her arrest.[1]
Duchess let Whitehead know that she was aware of his actual intentions to convince her to leave in an effort to take her territory.[1] She added that the bureau was actually investigating Whitehead, finding discrepancies in his finances and assets, and would be searching for him instead of her.[1]
