The gazelle gas mask is a piece of headwear in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.
Characteristics[]
A cultist gas mask modified to resemble the head of a gazelle, with short horns. The air filter extends from the gazelle's open mouth. A dirty white cloth hangs from it, covering the neck.

Has a rare chance to be given as a reward for opening a spooky treat bag during the Spooky Scorched community event.
Notes[]
- Its design originates in a piece of Night of the Moth concept art, among several cultist gas masks. It resembles the cultist incarnate helmet from the same set.
- This item was initially considered as a potential Atomic Shop item called gazelle mask, but was left unused. It was implemented as the gazelle gas mask in the Once in a Blue Moon update.
