The rooster gas mask is a piece of headwear in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.

- This item, previously named simply as rooster mask, was initially intended to be an Atomic Shop item, but was left unused. It was implemented as the rooster gas mask with the 2023 update to the Spooky Scorched community event, and introduced into its reward pool.
- Its design originates in a piece of Night of the Moth concept art, among several cultist gas masks.
