A blessed gift is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.
Location[]
The note can be found at the Sacramental Glade, on the northern end of the location, along the rope bridge levels, on a small bench at a circular area covered by several canopies.

Whilst tracking the creature, Elder Adelaide stumbled upon a mindless merchant traveling the roads and crafted a wise, guileful scheme. She posed as a trader and organized a deal for later that week.
We spent days crafting an ambush.
When the time came, we overpowered the fool and took his supplies, ammunition and pack animal... though the coward knew better than to fight back.

During the Public Test Server for Once in a Blue Moon, this note's transcript was shorter and did not mention the ambush plan or Elder Adelaide, instead only saying that the merchant stumbled into their path and that they overcame him.
