"Images should never include parts of the UI (HUD, crosshair) unless the point of the given image is to illustrate the UI itself. " How is that accomplished without being a video editing genius?--Kingclyde 17:21, September 21, 2009 (UTC)

Is there a policy regarding images that are uploaded but never used on articles or user pages?
