Eugene was a resident of Watoga before the Great War.
Background[]
Eugene worked closely with Madelyn to fix game matches between the robots at Watoga Civic Center. Eugene souped up certain robots' programming to make them win matches, while Madelyn continually bet on their victory. To avoid suspicion, she suggested that the robots lose a few rounds.[1] However, Eugene failed to tell Madelyn which matches the robots would lose, causing her to lose five "big-ones." She also warned Eugene to be more careful, as he left an incriminating holotape lying around the Civic Center.[2]
