The Enclave intel officer outfit is an outfit in Fallout 76. It is only accessible to members of Fallout 1st.
Background[]

A modified version of the standard officer uniform, designed for Enclave intelligence officers,[1] replacing the tan fabric tunic with a black leather jacket. It is worn with a beige shirt and a black tie and brown pants, with a peaked cap in brown with a tan ribbon and black visor.[2]

This is a cosmetic item, worn apart from any equipped armor, and a reskin of the regular officer uniform.
