Captain Elliot Maxwell was the commanding officer of the U.S. Army's 121st Infantry Platoon, deployed to protect Monongah Power Plant after the Great War.[1]
Background[]
Elliot Maxwell lead a platoon of soldiers to protect the Monongah Power Plant from threats and secure it as a strategic location. However, he considered the posting boring and pointless due to initial inaction and the devastation of the surrounding area.[1] On December 22, 2077, Elliot lost half of his platoon after they were ordered away by army command, and he attempted to counter his soldiers' boredom by establishing patrols.[2]
Following the winter of 2077, the newly-formed raiders began attacking Monongah Power Plant the next year in both ambushes and full-on assaults, gradually killing off his remaining men.[3][4][5] Despite this, Maxwell was dedicated to defending the plant, which led to his death on May 25, 2078 due to refusing to issue a retreat even with only nine soldiers left.[6]
