Devann McCarthy, also known as LadyDevann, is a developer who was an associate community manager at Bethesda Softworks, credited on Fallout 76.
Work on the Fallout series[]
In addition to her role as a community manager on Bethesda's social media team, Devann also contributed to the writing of radio plays on Pirate Radio in Fallout 76, including A Better Life Underground's second episode.[1]
